Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping
We currently ship across Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.

Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages
